It leverages Suzanne’s experience as a consultant and lecturer for business schools, hotel schools and academic institutions around the world, with experience that extends from children to adult education, on-and off-line.

Our organization needed to conduct an extensive market research study to support the turnaround of an under-performing programme. We had worked with other firms in the educational space in the past, however this time we sought a company that would push us out of our comfort zone and really dig deep. Ultimately the research uncovered things we would have never found on our own or with the firms we engaged in the past. This led to the evolution of the programme which is now a much stronger product offering.
