A brand and communication strategist with 30 plus years experience and consumer and business knowledge that extends across a range of business sectors, geographies and cultures. Working with multi-national companies, such as Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Colgate-Palmolive, Johnson & Johnson, L’Oréal, Nestlé, Danone and the The Coca-Cola Company…but also SMEs and start-ups, and educational establishments.
She combines professional marketing and communications experience with an academic background that includes a deep understanding of consumer behavior and purchasing in marketing, and in luxury, hospitality and environmental contexts.
She also teaches brand and marketing-related programs with a focus on luxury brand management and hospitality, consumer behavior, service excellence, sensory and experiential marketing and marketing communications to executives, as well as students at business schools, hotels schools and academic institutions globally.
She returned to Switzerland in 2015 after 11 years in Asia, but remains a global nomad. She continues to work in Asia and the Middle East leveraging her extensive experience in the region and understanding of the culture.
Suzanne is master in research, with a tenacious appetite to truly understand and represent the consumer through strategic planning to creative execution.
