The data is held by Suzanne Q Solutions and the company’s Director, Suzanne Godfrey (hereinafter called “Director”).

You have the right to ask for rectification, updating, blocking or erasure of personal data that relates to you directly or to a deceased person of which you are a recognized heir.

A request for deletion of data will be accepted subject to the constraints of Swiss law mentioned above, which makes it mandatory for Suzanne Q Solutions to keep any financial or contractual documents for a period of 10 years.

Suzanne Q Solutions reserves the right to use the means it deems appropriate to ensure the request is from the rightful owner.
